Stichting Vakantiewoning Verhuur Service ( SVVS ) has been offering booking software and collection options since 2004 for the better and simpler rental of holiday homes. SVVS has now concluded tens of thousands of rental agreements ... for the rental of holiday homes. 98 percent of all processes have now been automated, which means that SVVS saves on staff costs in the accounting department and on the telephone. Because we do not have 40 employees, we also save on office costs and other overhead costs. As a landlord, you want security. But tenants also want security. Therefore, after the tenant has entered all the requested data, the booking confirmation is sent by email to the tenant and landlord. The tenant receives in this e-mail message, immediately after clicking on "send", the confirmation of the agreed dates of stay and an invoice of EUR 330 consisting of a deposit of 30% of the rental price plus EUR 30 reservation costs. The tenant can pay directly online via iDEAL. The tenant's deposit will be processed in real time.
