The house is i.a. furnished with panoramic windows, modern furniture, satellite TV with DVD and stereo with CD. There is a well equipped kitchen. In the bathroom you will find a 2-person whirlpool, and right next door is a 6-person sauna. Outside there is a tool room and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can sit in the shelter behind the safety glass that surrounds the terrace. Here dinner can be prepared on the grill. There is an outdoor shower. From both house and plot you have beautiful views of the lake. There is also parking for two cars. In Otterndorf you will find a & quot; playland & quot; with the possibility of i.a. to use the trampoline, scooter, giant slide and much, much more. In addition, the area offers opportunities for tennis, bike rental, mini golf, surfing, sailing, fishing, etc. A day can be spent with hiking in the area, museum visits and shopping trip with final visit to a good restaurant. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

General Conditions
- Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
- From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
- From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
- Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
