The house is i.a. furnished with panoramic windows, modern furniture, satellite TV and stereo with CD. In the bathroom you will find a 2-person whirlpool with water and air massage as well as a 6-person sauna. In addition, there is a tool room, charcoal grill, garden furniture, combined washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a partially covered terrace as well as parking for two cars. A canoe is available (use is at the tenant's own risk / insurance). Tips and attractions in the area: leisure facilities with swimming lake, playgrounds, inline skating rink, go-kart track, mini golf, windsurfing, sailing, freshwater fishing (remember fishing signs), tennis courts etc. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

General Conditions
- Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
- From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
- From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
- Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
