Gudum Park is a cosy and welcoming holiday park designed primarily for international and national workers on both short and long-term assignments. Perfectly suited for construction projects or extended stays, Gudum Park combines comfort and functionality with a homely atmosphere. Whether you're here for a short break or a lengthy stay, the park aims to offer a seamless experience with excellent facilities and a relaxing environment after a hard day's work. Guests can enjoy activities such as leisurely walks in the landscaped gardens, playing cards in the lounge areas, or unwinding with a cup of coffee while watching TV. There’s also an outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying a peaceful evening or socialising with fellow guests. The park provides a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests have access to three lounge areas within the main building, where they can relax, watch TV, or enjoy a cup of coffee. Evening meals are served daily, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. In addition, the park features 24 business rooms in an independent structure for added privacy. Guests can also enjoy outdoor activities like cycling, jogging, or simply relaxing on the terrace, taking in the views of the surrounding landscape. The park’s homely atmosphere encourages a balance of work and relaxation, making it an ideal location for both professional and personal downtime. Gudum Park offers four different room types to cater to a wide range of needs. The Business Single Room is perfect for solo travelers, offering a 20m² space with a private bathroom and garden view. The Standard Single Room, with its 12m² size, is a compact option for guests who require a basic room with a sink. For couples or team members, the Business Double Room and Standard Double Room provide more spacious accommodation, each with a private bathroom and garden view. Whether you choose a single or double room, all guests enjoy access to shared amenities like the TV lounge and free Wi-Fi. Guests can also make use of additional facilities such as the outdoor seating area for relaxation or informal meetings. No deposit is charged, but ID is required upon arrival. Linen (beds are made) and towels are provided. There are no kitchens in the rooms, and therefore no kitchen equipment. There is also no need to empty a dishwasher as part of the final cleaning. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, provided they are not left unattended and do not cause any disturbance.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
