This holiday home is located in a quiet street along the canal and a cycle route, a 10-minute walk from the large market (weekly market every Friday) with its town hall, tourism office, restaurants and shops in Nieuwpoort, close to the city park with its playground and public swimming pool, 800 m from the petting zoo “De Lenspolder”.

The beach is just 10 minutes away. by car. There is a brand new and traffic-free promenade along the harbor channel, here you can also take the free ferry that takes you to the nature reserve, along this new promenade there are some cozy restaurants and shops, enjoy the beautiful view of the marina with the sailing boats that sail in - and sail out. Come and spot our colony of seals. Don't forget to go fishing with the fishing nets on the picket fence, a long-standing tradition in Nieuwpoort.
