This beautiful mansion with spacious garden & cozy terrace is located between the Normand Park, the beach of Middelkerke and within walking distance of all amenities. There is a cozy living room with adjacent dining room. The practical and bright kitchen is equipped with every comfort and offers a view of the sunny and spacious garden. In the winter months a pellet stove provides extra warmth in the kitchen. Pellets must be provided by yourself. The sunless garden gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the peace in privacy and has a terrace where a bbq is provided. The bedrooms are only accessible by stairs. On the second floor you will find the first bedroom with double bed and garden view. Here is also a baby crib. On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a double bed + 1 single bed with additional pull-out bed. Extra: in the attic space there is an additional bedroom with 2 separate cots, ATTENTION, this room can only be reached via an attic hatch with fold-out stairs (without handrail). The bathroom is also on the 2nd floor and is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, a toilet a shower. Furthermore, there are 2 separate toilets in this house.
