Roof apartment located on the 8th floor and equipped with a folding bed (2 persons) There is a cozy bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that give immediate access to the spacious and sun-facing terrace (34 m2). The terrace is equipped with a table with 4 chairs and a lounge set. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and finally a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. The elevator goes up to the 7th floor and then you take some stairs to this cozy residence with beautiful terrace.  This residence is extremely well located. You cross the lane and are immediately on the beach. Within walking distance of the streetcar stop, stores,... Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
