"This detached villa for 10 people in Kortrijk was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with every luxury. In the beautiful garden with a sun terrace and covered terrace you can of course swim in the heated swimming pool (chlorine-free), enjoy a pleasant sauna, or prepare a delicious barbecue. There is more than enough parking space and you can also charge your electric car and store your bicycles safely and covered.

The holiday home is ideally located close to the R8 exit and you are less than 2 km from the center of Kortrijk with its Broeltorens, beguinage, belfry, K-shopping center, and of course the many nice restaurants. In the vicinity, you can water ski, ice skate, skate, indoor and outdoor swimming, and bowling. Cultural trips to the beautiful cities of Ypres, Bruges, Ghent, Tournai, Arras, and Lille are also quite a possibility. It is a unique base for fans of cycling classics such as Gent-Wevelgem, and Paris-Roubaix. Active cyclists are also welcome: you have a direct connection via cycling and walking paths to the Leie (cycling network). Bicycles can also be parked and charged.

On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious living room and open kitchen, you will find a separate cozy, and fully equipped bar to prepare your favorite drink. On the same floor is also 1 bedroom with a spacious bathroom so that people with a wheelchair can also stay without a problem. Upstairs, the other 4 luxury bedrooms also have their own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
