Unique holiday home in Sourbrodt, located in the municipality of Waimes, just steps away from the Hautes Fagnes Nature Park. Formerly known as Villa Vincent, this family home is now Belgium's first themed holiday home with a board game library!

Ludogîte can accommodate up to 12 people and 2 young children. It includes:

5 cozy bedrooms

🎲 An exceptional board game library
At the heart of the project is Ludogîte's board game library, with over 1300 games, from classics to the latest releases, for all ages and levels. The collection is spread throughout the house:

Multilingual games in the hallways

Games in French, Dutch, English, and German in the bedrooms

Around fifty puzzles and more than 200 children's toys

New games added every month!

A large game room is currently being developed in an annex connected to the gîte. This will bring the entire collection together in one place, with comfortable game tables for your game nights.
