This comfortable and inviting villa is located near the centre of beautiful Stavelot, as well as the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
The villa is spread out entirely on one storey and offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a tastefully furnished interior. The rooms circle the patio - a real skylight - where there's a decorative pond and aquatic plants.
The villa is surrounded by a huge green garden with a 1.7 m deep swimming pool, a large lawn and swing for children.

There are countless activities nearby. Must-visits include exploring the town of Stavelot and its abbey, Coo waterfall, Plopsa park for children and the countless walks or bike rides in the Ardennes countryside (note: there is a well-maintained bike path that passes 400m from the house and which takes you all the way to Germany!). In winter, ski slopes are just a few kilometres away.

Note that a factory near the villa occasionally makes a quick noise (except for evenings and weekends) that you will hear from the garden; this, however, will not affect your stay in any way.
