The holiday home / chalet offers a large living room with 2 seating areas, a separate dining room with a large dining table, an open, modern fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a ski room with ski boot warmers. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies (1 bedroom has several bunk beds), on the second floor there are 4 further bedrooms, all with their own balconies, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as another bathroom. There is also a terrace and a garden to relax on, as well as 3 parking spaces.

The small, romantic town of Hollersbach in the upper Salzach Valley is the southernmost entry point to the well-known Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen / Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 160 km of slopes and 57 lifts. The equally popular Pass Thurn ski area with 181 km of slopes is about 20 km away.

Hollersbach, the herb, art and culture village, is located in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park region in the Zell am See district and offers numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A highlight is the Larmkogel, 11 km away, a mountain peak that is definitely worth seeing, while on the Pihapper, 16 km away, you will feel like you are on top of the world! The holiday region also offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities. You can cool off in the nearby Hollersbach bathing lake. Alternatively, the outdoor pools in Mittersill, Mühlbach and Stuhlfelden offer plenty of bathing fun! Do you prefer to play golf? In nearby Mittersill (4 km) you will find an 18-hole golf course.
